Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Nutri Dehydrate, we take immense pride in the quality, purity, and nutritional value of our dehydrated fruits, vegetables, herbal powders, and Ayurvedic blends. Every order is meticulously packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur during transit. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure maximum freshness.

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed and handed over to our delivery partners. Please email us at nutridehydrate@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for “change of mind” or standard exchanges. Health, safety, and hygiene are our top priorities.

We will only accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is physically damaged or tampered with during transit.
  • The product is past its expiry date upon delivery.
  • You received an incorrect item (e.g., you ordered Moringa powder but received Curry Leaf powder).

To be eligible for a return/replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and with all original factory seals intact.
  • Important: We highly recommend recording a continuous, uncut unboxing video when you receive your package. This serves as vital proof for claims regarding damaged or missing items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Any product whose factory seal has been broken or opened.
  • Customized or bulk Ayurvedic dietary blends.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or with promotional gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Claim

If your order qualifies for a return or replacement based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to nutridehydrate@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number in the subject line.
  3. Attach Proof: Attach clear photographs of the shipping box, the damaged/incorrect product, and the unboxing video.
  4. Resolution: Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 2 business days. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (where serviceable) and issue a replacement or a refund based on your preference.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved by our support team:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If you paid via COD and are eligible for a refund, our team will request your bank account or UPI details via our official email to transfer the refund amount.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong item).
