Thank you for choosing Nutri Dehydrate! We are dedicated to delivering our high-quality dehydrated fruits, vegetable powders, herbal blends, and Ayurvedic dietary recipes straight from our processing facility to your doorstep.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review our shipping guidelines, timelines, and terms below.

1. Shipment Processing Timelines

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after your payment is confirmed or your Cash on Delivery (COD) order is verified.
  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods, product launches, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you immediately via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Charges & Rates

We strive to keep shipping affordable and transparent.

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India):
    • Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your package and your delivery location. Final rates will be displayed clearly at checkout.
    • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping across India on all orders above a specific threshold.
  • International Shipping:
    • For customers ordering outside of India, shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines vary greatly by country and zone. These charges are dynamically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is handed over to our verified logistics partners, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not strictly guaranteed. Unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, transport strikes, or regional restrictions may occur.

4. Tracking Your Order

The moment your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing:

  1. The name of the courier partner (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, DHL).
  2. Your unique Tracking Number (AWB).
  3. A direct link to trace your shipment’s journey in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times before returning it to our facility.

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate during checkout.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, a re-shipping fee may apply to dispatch the order a second time.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, Nutri Dehydrate is not responsible for any customs duties, import tariffs, or local taxes levied by the destination country.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Please check your local customs regulations regarding the import of dehydrated plant-based foods, powders, and herbal supplements before placing an international order.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We pack our premium powders and dehydrated flakes in secure, tamper-proof packaging to prevent transit damage.

  • If your package arrives physically damaged or open, do not accept the delivery from the courier agent and take a photograph immediately.
  • If you open your package and find damaged items, please refer to our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Notify us at nutridehydrate@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or a continuous unboxing video so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
