Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Strict Food Safety Policy: To maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, Nutridehydrate.com does not accept returns for ingestible items (dehydrated fruits and herbal powders) once delivered, except in cases of proven damage or incorrect fulfillment. We do not offer returns for “change of mind”.

Damage Claims: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report the issue to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, you must provide clear photo or video evidence of the packaging and the affected product.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been handed over to our courier partners. Once a tracking ID has been generated or the order is “In Transit,” cancellation is no longer possible.
